Oh wow, sometimes I forget you dated him. It always surprises me. It surprised me when it happened and it never stopped surprising me. It was just so… not what I was expecting.

i literally dated him because he was, well, funny, but most importantly a Boy who Liked Me right after i’d spent a summer being very bad at handling getting dumped by the first Boy i’d ever dated, who was now with the first person i’d ever dated and i had to live with the fact that i’d introduced them, and a huge part of why i dated that guy was because he liked all the stuff the last person i’d been dumped by teased me about, i swear to god my whole fucking love life is a chain of rebounds that never end quickly like rebounds are supposed to, the shortest relationships ive ever had are the two guys i super briefly and inexplicably dated in tenth grade
